作戦決行！ curry out the strategy !

今年もグリーンカーテンの時期到来！

昨年の反省も踏まえて、

上下に追加棒を足しました。

The arrival of Green curtain !

My husband was remodeled.

New curtain had two more poles.

去年のゴーヤの種から見事に芽が出てくれました♪

柵も苗も全てパートナーにおまかせ。

緑の手の持ち主となってくれそうです♪

The bitter melons has begun to put out new shoots♪

That was last year's seeds.

I left everything in my husband's hands.

I hope he had green hands.

オリーブに沢山の蕾が付きました♪

我家に来て、初めての花を咲かせてくれそうです。

お花見しなくちゃ♪

Our olive had a lot of buds ♪

That will our first flowers.

We would like to have the flower viewing with drink♪

大きく育ったエゴノキが我家のベランダまで延びてきました。

A japanese snowbell grew up and came to our balcony.

ちゃっかりお客様に来てもらっちゃったりして。

The flowers came to our room.

英名はJapanese snowbellと知り、

英国の春を告げるSnowbellと同じな名を持つ花が、

すぐ側にいてくれるなんて嬉しいかぎり。

Snowbell is signals the start of English spring.

I was happy to same name's flower near here.

母の日２０１２ Mother's day 2012

母の日の１３日に、母と弟夫婦を招いて昼食会。

弟のリクエストに答えてスコーンを焼きました。

＊プレーンとレーズンのスコーンにジャムと生クリーム

＊ハムと２種類レタスサンド

＊茹で鳥と胡瓜のマヨーグルトサラダ

＊トマトとミント

We invited my mother and brother couple

for lunch on sun 13th of May.

I baked many big scones.

That was brother's request.

* Plain and raisin big scones with some berry jam and whipped cream.

* Ham and two kind of lettuce sandwiches.

* Boiled chicken and cucumbers mayoghurt salad

* Mint and tomatoes

コブシ大のスコーンが全て無くなりました。

皆が好きで嬉しいな♪

Big scones the size of my fist.

We ate up all.

I was glad to they like scone ♪

弟夫婦におこげ箸置きをプレゼント。

スプーンも余裕な大きさ。

I gave brother couple two Okoge chopstick rests.

That was big.

They will have a tablespoon,too.

両親から手土産にアンデルセンの動物ビスケットを貰いました。

And my parents gave us ANDERSEN's lovely animal biscuits.

可愛い♪

流石、娘の好味を分かってる。

勿論パンダは最後まで取っておきます。

Lovely ♪

They knew my cup of teas.

I am sure panda will last.

紙袋の黄色が可愛かったので、

また封筒にしてみました。

And I made this shop's paper bag into some envelopes.

That was lovely yellow.

先日英国にお嫁に行った友人から便りが届きました。

長い付き合いなだけに、

私の好みを良く知っている切手に、英国情報満載で舞い上がっちゃいました♪

切手の英国女王で揃えたところがにくい！

私はヴィクトリア女王とその時代が大好きです。

どんな便りで返事を書こうかな～♪

I received a my friend letter from England the other day.

She knew my cup of tea.

This letter had many English informations.

And stamps was English queens.

My favorite queen is Victoria and her age.

Well, I would like to make letter to answer ♪

御利益 Divine grace

GW最後の日曜日、

５月６日にパートナーとリス仲間の応援に行きましたが、

この日は荒れた天気で１時間遅れの１７時キックオフ。

しかも、寒くて意外と人気者で席が空いてなくてビックリ。

根性（ズク）無しな私達はハーフタイムに退場。

その後リスパワーで、不調のガンバ大阪から１点もぎ取り、

得意の守りで凌いだようです。

スタジアムに掲げられたのぼりが泣かせます。

小動物らしく健気。

I and my husband went to a squirrel mates aid on sun 6th of May.

This day was trouble weather.

The game started one hour late.

Andthen we could not get seats !

The squirrels team was popular to our surprised.

And very cold.

So we dicided to went home in half time.

We had no guts.

Well, the squirrels team won the game 1 to 0 !

Gamba Osaka was in a slump.

Anyway the squirrels flags was cute !

スタジアム側のお店前にリスではなく、

小狸がいっぱい。

不思議。

リスに変えて欲しいな。

The shop had many little raccoon dog near the stadium.

It was funny.

I would like to change squirrels.

氷川神社は埼玉でも有数のパワースポット。

この参道はいつも強い木のパワーを感じます。

このパワーでリス達も守られて、

辛うじて踏み止まれているのかも？！

この日も地に足が付かないサッカーをしていて、

不思議でした。

頑張れアルディージャ！

Hikawa shrine was one of the most eminent holy ground in Saitama.

I could feel tree forces in the front approach.

I thought trees defend the squirrels !?

The squirrels team was not realistic in this game.

I difficult to understand.

酒豪！？ Heavy drinkers !?

義父から貰った梅酒を長い間持て余していた私とパートナー。

助けも求めて、ハルとカナを呼んで梅酒会決行！

GW終盤５月４日の夕方１７時過ぎに我家に集合。

My husband's father made plum liqueur were too much  for our to handle.

We ask for help Haru and Kana.

We had the plum liqueur party on fri 4th of May.

We assembled in our home after five.

メインは師匠ジェイミー飯から手羽元とトマトのオーブン焼き。

I cooked roast chicken with cherry tomatoes.

The simple recipe for Jamie.

ジェイミーはクスクスを合わせていたけど、

クスクス嫌いな私は何時ものチキンライスに小葱です。

師匠、スミマセン。

だって、クスクスって、色付き粘土の味なんだもの。

Jamie had cous cous.

But I hate cous cous.

Well, I cooked usual chicken rice with fine leeks.

I am sorry,Jamie.

I think cous cous has the flavor of colour clay.

前菜は左から、

＊グレープフルーツとセロリ和え

＊胡瓜と貝割れ大根と頂き物の徳之島の昆布の柚子ポン和え

簡単、簡単。

* Cucumbers, sea tangles and white radish sprouts

with soy sauce and yuzu juice

Simple and simple.

皆さん素晴らしい飲みっぷりで、

４ℓ瓶の半分弱程残っていた梅酒が見事に空になりました！

大助かり♪ありがとう。

The guests put drink away easliy.

Empty a ４ℓ jar !

This jar had under half plum liqueur.

Their support was a great help♪

お土産のお茶のロールケーキもお酒が効いていい感じ♪

生クリームたっぷりのコーヒーにもウイスキーを入れたのに、

酔っ払い客には判らずじまい。

面白いぞ。

Andthe we had tea time.

Haru and Kana brought lovely green tea swiss roll.

This cake had a liqueur.

And I took cream and whisky in cafe au lait.

But drunk guests could not judge of that.

I and my husband was surprised that.

That was fun ♪

気が付けば、

とっぷり夜も更けて、

酔っ払い退場。

後に聞けば、カナは終電逃しちゃったみたい。

次回気をつけます。

ごめんなさい。

時間を忘れる面白さ♪

酔っ払い万歳！

I discovered that late at night.

Exit dunks.

I was afraid when I heard from Kana that she missed the last train.

I will careful time next time.

Time flies !

今年の収穫 This year's harvest

今年は２８日土曜日に、

浅草スタンプショウにパートナーと行ってきました。

泉麻人とみうらじゅんの対談は残念無念前日でした。

I went to Asakusa stamp show with my husband on sat 28th of April.

We missed Asato Izumi and Jun Miura's talk.

What a shame !

年々場内が賑わう様にはなっていたのですが、

今年は特別多くて戸惑いました。

そんな中、何時ものように限定消印を手に入れ、

額面切手をしこたま仕入れました♪

Visitors are increasing year by year.

And this year was too much !

Well, I got regular limitation postmarks and many old stamps♪

すっかり定番となった、スタンプショウ後の粉物ツアー。

今年は浅草老舗巡り。

After Stamp show, we made our really standard flour tour.

This year had Asakusa long-established stores.

レモンパイで、

看板菓子のレモンパイとチョコレートケーキを、

パートナーと半分コ。

We shared Lemon pie's popular lemon pie and chocolate cake.

口の中でとろける美味しさ♪

たまりません。

お皿も花も、

そして窓からの下町景色もいい感じ♪

Both cake was so sweet♪

The enchanting melted taste.

We like shop's flowers, plates and window,too.

レモンパイから徒歩５分程の所にある、

パンのペリカンに予約しておいたパンを受け取りました。

去年は予約せずに行き、売り切れでへこみました。

Bakery of Pelican was five min walk from the Lemon pie.

I received my order bread.

Last year, I was not make a order.

We could not got bread.

念願のペリカンのパン達。

翌日の朝、

トーストしてマヨタマのせていただきました。

みっちりきめ細かい生地は惣菜系がピッタリです。

That was our desire.

The next morning we had toast with egg mayo.

The bread was tightly and smooth.

夕食には焼きそばサンドにしました。

これまた最高！

ホットドックも作ろうと思っていたのに、

あまりの美味しさに、残っていた焼きそばもサンドして、

１人２本半食べちゃいました♪

次は倍買いだな。

I cooked fried noodle bread for dinner.

Nice one,too!

I cooked five sandwichs and we shared.

Next time, we will got twice.

ペリカン犬うみちゃんのつれなさは、

猫みたいで可愛かったです♪

Pelican's dog was a cute.

She was coldly.

Looked like a cat.

We like that.

エジプト飯を断念して、

たまたま見つけた純レバ丼と書かれた大きな看板の店、

あづま

I gave up the Egyptian cafeteria.

Andthen we just find Japanese cheap restaurant Azuma.

お店の胡散臭さとは裏腹に、

名物純レバ丼はTVや雑誌でも紹介された１品でした。

丼もおいしかったのだけど、

ラーメンの麺が美味しくてビックリ！

麺好きだけれど、

ラーメンだけはそれ程好きではない私がちょっと驚く美味しさ。

でもそれって、ラーメン好きにはどうなのかな？

ここで〆れば良かったのに、

寄り道してしまいました。

This shop was fishy but standard food was good.

We were surprised that Chinese noodles in soup.

I do not like Chinese noodle.

But this noodle was so good!

I like very much.

Well, we went from one pub to another.

１度は体験してみたかった電気ブランを求めて、

神谷バー初体験。

初めの２口、３口（パートナーは１口だけ）は美味しかった気がするお酒で、

なんとも後味悪く浅草散策終了となりました。

太宰の「人間失格」にも出てくるようだけど、

これが好きなようなら人間失格？！

何事も体験。

社会勉強でした。

浅草は面白い♪

We went to a Asakusa long-established store Kamiya bar

for the first time.

And we had a try this bar's traditional cocktail.

It was so bad.

We left a bad aftertaste.

Something experience.

It was a good lesson for us.

Asakusa was fun♪

封筒教室 Envelope school

４月２６日木曜日、

スノーさんと過猫さんとGW前の楽しい一時を持ちました。

I had lavely time with Mrs Snow and Mrs Wildcat on thu 26th of April.

この頃巷で流行のパンケーキ。

たっぷり食べようと思って、

パンケーキランチにしました。

まだ温かい作りたての苺ジャムとたっぷり生クリーム。

サラダは英国のデリや美術館のカフェで見かける、

ミントとヨーグルト入りのマカロニサラダ。

蒸し鶏とベーコン、セロリに玉葱と具沢山。

紅茶はモロッコ風ミントティ。

１人４枚ペロリです♪

Pancake are the vogue now.

So we like pancake.

I cooked many pancakes in lunch.

We had pancake with full cream and hot fresh strawberry jam.

And I cooked English style mayoghurt pasta salad with mint.

Ingredients was bacon, celery, onion and steam chicken.

We ate up four the pancakes per person

and drank Moroccan style mint tea.

食べて、しゃべって、

あっという間に時間が経って、

慌てて本題の封筒製作。

型をおこして、

持参した紙類で思い思いに製作。

It was already past the time

when we had many food and chat.

They made envelopes in a flurry.

その間、私はお茶請けのBread&Butter Pudding製作。

私のBB　PuddingはロンドンのSylvia伝授のマーマレード入り。

そしてこの頃バゲットで作るのがマイ・ブーム♪

I cooked Bread & Butter Pudding in the meantime.

My BB Pudding used marmalade.

This recipe for Sylvia.

Andthen I used a baguette recently.

熱々Puddingにバニラアイスは最高の組み合わせ。

至福の時です♪

甘い物三昧。

流石乙女会メンバー。

Hot pudding and vanilla ice cream is best combination !

That's just what one would expect of the woman.

21日土曜日は母の誕生日でした。

我家に招待して、

ささやかな食事会を開きました。

左奥から、

＊キャベツの菜の花の明太マヨ和え

＊味の刺身

＊自家製豆乳カッテージチーズとトマトとミントのサラダ

＊チキンライスとスープ

My mother's birthday was 21st of April.

We had birthday party.

From behind left,

* Cabbage blossoms with cod roe mayo

* Horse mackerel sashimi

* Home made cottage cheese,mint and tomatoes

* Chicken rice and soup

チキンライスは生姜甘味噌と浅葱と共にいただきました。

スープにはエノキ、卵、葱を入り。

気に入ってくれたみたいで良かったです。

We had chicken rice with sweet ginger miso and chives.

Soup had egg,leek and velvet shank.

My parents had taken to this menu.

I was happy♪

誕生日ケーキは、

母の好きなちょっと洋酒を効かせた生クリームたっぷりケーキ。

母の蝋燭の火を消す勢いが良くてホワイトチョコ吹雪となりました。

And I made a lots of cream cake with whisky.

That was my mother's favorites.

My mother made a shower of falling white chocolate petals.

まだオーブンの火加減に慣れていないので、

改善の余地あり。

私のケーキは共立てのバター無しです。

I was not used new oven.

I have to  improvement of heat.

Well,my cake was egg mixture and no butter.

主役退場。

久し振りにゆっくり両親と食事が出来ました。

いつも慌しい人達だから珍しい。

The leading parents made a exit.

We loosed the party after a long time.

So my parents always busy.

もしや風邪気味だったから？

父の忘れ物のマスクがリビングに転がっていました。

翌日パートナーが少し風邪っぽかったかも？！

トンだ置き土産です。

My father got a cold.

And he forgot a mask in living room.

Next day My husband had a bit of a cold.

A terrible parting gift.

結婚式６周年 6th Wedding anniversary

昨日は結婚式６周年。

今までに無く肌寒い小雨が降る記念日でした。

お祝い献立は、

＊自家製豆乳カッテージチーズ入りサラダ

＊お赤飯

＊スペアリブ

豪快にニンジンの葉っぱを焼いてみました。

Yesterday was our 6th Wedding anniversary.

That was an unprecedented light rain and chilly day.

The anniversary menu

* Green salad with home made soy milk cottage cheese.

* steamed rice with red beans

*Roast spareribs of pork with carrot leaves

Look like man cooking.

Tatakoの桜の塩漬けを白ワインに浮かべて乾杯。

ウォン・カーウェイの映画「マイ・ブルーベリー・ナイツ」を観ながら、

肉にかぶりつき黙々と食べる６周年でした。

この映画のジュード・ロウが彼の作品の中で一番好きかも。

We floated cherry blossom in salt on the white wine

and toast.

We watched Wong Kar-Wai's film,My Buleberry Nights

and bit into the meat.

Our 6th anniversary was silence.

Maybe I like Jude Law's film best.

今年のお祝いケーキはアルカイク濃厚チョコケーキ。

ビックリするぐらい濃厚で、

チョコ大好きなパートナーのモロ好味でした。

This year's cake was Archaique's rich chocolate cake.

I was surprised to so rich!

My husband love chocolate.

That was his favorite very much.

ナオコからのグアム土産の桃の甘い香りの蝋燭と、

「喜｣紅茶でLovely Tea Time ♪

結婚式後のレストランで、

お店から頂いたライラックのブーケが懐かしいです。

紫のライラック大好き♪

Andthe We had lovely tea time

with Naoko's gift sweet peach candle

and Emotional tea.

I received lovely lilacs bouquet from restaurant

after our wedding ceremony.

My dear purple lilac.

小さな春 Little Spring

変えました。

小さな春な感じです。

I changed a tissues wrapper.

Look like a little spring.

我家も春らしくなってきました。

気が付けばオリーブに新葉が♪

Our home is spring now.

Olive tree had many fresh green leaves♪

ナオコの家に行きがてら２人で一目惚れした新入りすずらん。

可愛い♪

結婚式のブーケを思い出します。

We bought this lily of the valley on an impulse

when we went to Naoko's home.

Lovely♪

Lily of valley remind us of our wedding bouquet.

春は気持ちよいです。

Spring is sweet to me.

説得力 Persuasiveness

石井睦美の「白い月黄色い月」を読み終えました。

どこかで読んだ、

誰かの本に似ている？

そんな感じを何度も繰り返しながら読み進みました。

好きな世界を描くのにはそれなりの説得力が必要なんだなぁっと痛感。

創作全般に通じる気がします。

耳が痛い。

しかも、前に読んだ本でした。

実は誰かに似ていて好みかも戦略？

I read Mutumi Ishi's WHITE MOON,YELLOW MOON.

I thought that like another writers.

I felt that so often.

So I thought her writing was persuasive.

All author had that.

That makes my ears burn.

Andthen I read this book before !

To tell the truth, strategic of this book parallels some writers ?

今のティッシュ箱を使いきったら、

桜とウサギから、

写真の春の草花手ぬぐいに変えようかな。

I will change new flannel we finished the tissues.

Now we use moon and rabbit.

Next is spring flowers.
